It’s October now, I’m looking forward to doing some Halloween shopping as Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year. I enjoy decorating my house to scare the trick or treaters. So I head to the mall to check out what they have here, and what’s the first thing I see? A huge blow up figure of Santa! Where are all the candies, scary masks, and costumes? It’s all mixed in with all the Christmas decor. It’s an odd feeling it being October and the mall is playing Christmas music. With out Thanksgiving, and Halloween not really being celebrated here the next biggest event is Christmas. 

As I write this, my wife has already put up our Christmas tree. I guess there’s no halloween decorations going up this year.
