Hello, my name is Burt Lao. I’m a fil-am (Filipino – American) I was born in Cebu, Philippines. Moved to California at 1 year old, and moved back to the Philippines as an adult. I’m a father of 4 with a loving wife. I currently travel back and forth between Cebu and California on business, but call Cebu my home. I own and run several successful business here, and I am always looking for new opportunities to help locals succeed in today’s society.
I currently run and own a successful outsourcing firm, and I’m opening up an outsourcing training center to help local Filipinos get a leg up on the every growing outsourcing industry.

Mr. Lao is not only an accomplished outsource services provider but also boasts of a credible 20-year expertise on information and communication technologies. As a professional carving his name in the outsourcing walk of fame, he has undergone the hardships himself and has overcome the challenges with his head held high. As an employer of a well-loved company, he has earned a stable flow of reputable clientele and has an extensive list of projects and ventures lined up for his expanding staff. As an educator, he has mastered the art of teaching and believes in the value of getting viable education to eventually land scores of employment opportunities. As a husband and father, he learned the virtue of dreaming big and working hard for the future of the next generation. Notwithstanding his Californian upbringing, Mr. Lao remains a Filipino at heart. And as a Filipino, he puts freedom at the pedestal. Financial freedom may just be a part of the greater, most coveted whole, but it’s a start. Our CEO believes that without the burdens of poverty and financial crisis, every Filipino can reach for their reveries and make them all come true.
